The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city center and be close to everything downtown. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, meeting our needs during our stay. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice addition, allowing us to start the day off right.
The hotel could improve the room isolation to ensure a more peaceful and comfortable stay.

The bed in my room was huge, comfy, and warm, making it the perfect place to recover from my long travels. I was actually surprised to find that my room had two full bathrooms, made getting ready in the morning easy. The wifi was fast and reliable, allowing me to easily stay connected. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a real treat, with delicious scrambled eggs and meat, as well as tasty coffee and croissants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy walking access to Retiro and numerous choice restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful experience at Gran Hotel Buenos Aires and would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, being close to Retiro train station and in the city center. It was convenient for exploring the city as many attractions were within walking distance. The staff were helpful and were pretty good too assist us, including arranging a discounted tango show and dinner.
Hard to think of anything negative.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, surrounded by restaurants and close to the parallel market. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The service provided by the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the view from the rooms is pleasant.
The lack of sound isolation in the rooms can be disturbing, as mentioned in some reviews.
