The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city center and be close to everything downtown. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, meeting our needs during our stay. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice addition, allowing us to start the day off right.
The hotel could improve the room isolation to ensure a more peaceful and comfortable stay.

The bed in my room was huge, comfy, and warm, making it the perfect place to recover from my long travels. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had two full bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning a breeze. The wifi was incredibly fast and reliable, allowing me to easily stay connected during my stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a real treat, with delicious scrambled eggs and meat, as well as tasty coffee and croissants. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy walking access to Retiro and numerous choice restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful experience at Gran Hotel Buenos Aires and would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was excellent, being close to Retiro train station and in the city center. It was convenient for exploring the city as many attractions were within walking distance. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, including arranging a discounted tango show and dinner.
